RENAULT CLIO 1.8 16V

11 Months MOT - 5 month TAX

1996 phase II N reg Clio, 89k,full electrics, CAT 1 alarm 2 Imobilisers, New genuine Renault gearbox, clutch and cam belt were replaced in 2003. Car runs superb and has never let me down, front discs & pads replaced march 05 I have new rear discs spare, Oil changed every 5k using fully synth oil i will also supply 4ltr of castrol RS which i have not yet used,

Engine: - 1.8 16v 137bhp (not RR), up rated Ht leads/Spark plugs, Viper air filter, K-Tec S/S exhaust system (flames), scorpion de cat pipe.

Exterior:- 4 piece body kit, morette head lights, de locked/de badged, flushed tail with push button open, pro tinted windows – limo on rears dark smoke on front – NO bubbles!, 17” Wolfrace Urban Racer in Shadow Chrome - very good nick, Nankang tyres all round lot of tred The car was fully re-sprayed April 2004 in Vauxhall sapphire black.

Interior:- Carrera Corbeau bucket seats (recliners), the seats are in ok condition driver side is more worn than passenger,

ICE:- Full custom ALPINE type R install costing me nearly 1k and has not long been installed – 12” Alpine type R sub, Alpine MRV T320 digi amp (sub), Alpine MRP T220 (6x9s), 17cm Alpine SPA 176 A Components, Digital 1 farad auto leads power cap, Infinity 300w 6x9s., Infinity 13cm front door mounts. Pioneer MP3 head unit.

how much wid u take without kit ie standard bumpers

I dont have any of the standard bumpers, also with the twin head lamps -on clios you then have to mount indicator in the bumper.

this car is a superb runner and just needs a good home some1 who can give it the tlc i once did.

Id love to have it for £1800, you built a real beauty there. The problem is, insurance companies wont touch me on a 1.8 16v manual for at least another year, so I gotta get me Baccara auto instead hehe.

Im sure someone will snap that car up though

^ when you do an insurance quote add you mum or dad (sumone old and lots of no claims) as a second driver.. this brought my quote down by £80


i`m 24 now, when i took my insurance out i was 23 (aug last year) i had 0 NC and 3 points = £760 TPFT

Ill bear that in mind when I renew in February, ill add me dad and see how the quote comes up.

Im already going to insure the car at his address as it reduces my insurance by £250+ because he lives right next to the SAS HQ in Credenhill, Hereford and there are camera's everywhere, and no crime at all (I have left my door open for half an hour when ive been there with all my GPS, ICE and laptop in the car and not had to worry hehehe).

Also, apparently the name you use to describe your occupation can have an impact on the price too...

yes the cat is with car there are lots of other extras on the car, like gear knob,sills, green neons < and these have hardly ever been turned on on, and they are properly tucked away OUT OF SIGHT... lol --

I have now put back the STANDARD centre console in but this one will be supplied with the car .....
