hi peeps having problems with my dongle  it just will not scan for a service c on checked the sim and its fine in my other dongle! its a 3 zet one on contract please help what can i do?

if its under warranty, it will cost you nothing, if it is a hardware fault, take it to the local 3store or telephone their customer services.
Alternatively, it could be a software fault, iirc they usually have their own dongle connection software, if thats the case try unistalling it and then reinstalling it.
Check the three website for help as well, if you use a connection anywhere, it might have some helpful advice for solving such problems.
If its a faulty dongle and your out of warranty (usually 12 months, but a lot of techy stuff carries 2 year EU warranties), then you may well have to pay for a new one, regardless of whether you are on PAYG or pay monthly (though in such circumstances, they usually offer a recon for low price or even free).
