It's my 40th on New Years' Eve and I plan to do feck all Happy birthday. It's my youngest son's 40th. on New year's Day. A couple of his friends are flying in from Germany on New Year's Eve; I'm picking them up at Manchester airport. He doesn't know they're coming.

I was just going to have another mundane night in my local but I was last night offered a 3 figure sum to do lighting for a house night in Manchester so mmmmmmmmm its a hard choice.

Ha ha its not really a hard choice. Bored out my skull in hoylake or in a club with banging tunes and glamorous dancing girls and getting paid for it.  Manchester here I come!!.
