in order for an Xbox 360 to Stream Sky the console has to be sent to Sky directly for them to modify it with a "skybox" built into it alongside A monthly subscription fee (the same as normal sky) i assumed it was just a pice of software on the xbox dash?

nope. and the fee is the Exact same you would pay for a normal skybox. so when i think about it sky on the xbox seems like a waste.

Unfortunately due to the unprecedented levels of simultaneous demand, we did not have the capacity to satisfy all service requests and therefore temporarily suspended all access to the service. It is really only of any use if you have either sky multiroom or sky broadband unlimited as it is then free to use.
I am going to use my months free trial to see if it is worth me paying an extra £5 a month to upgrade my broadband.

im up an running on the xbox now, belive they had more tech issues once another 10,000 ppl downloaded the software?
its not bad for free wounldnt pay for it tho.
