Cant beat ferodo ds series...probably ds2000s for that car. I used to run 2500's for the audi and they were amazing; but the civic is alot light and has less power..hence why the 200's would probably be better as they heat up quicker
I had Ds2500's on the pug and they where immense in such a light car. Although they could be squeeky when warm, and they still worked from cold.
Ive got Redstuff now on the 14 and theyre pretty good too. Both cars have EBC discs i think.
Is the D16 an 8v but with Vtec? Is it the one they like to turbo or is that the D15? Im not too clued up on Hondas really, all i know is that they spin the wrong way.
This is 1.6 16v non vtec, and green stuff pads are already bought, i just must earn some money and buy brembo or EBC discs... if green stuff will be shitty like beaker wrote i will change them...
i know what you mean i just want to change the stock ones, i dont use my car in race track... so i think brembo or ebc 262mm will be good but thanks anyway for your propositions guys.
BTW: how much it takes to make conversion from drum to discs brakes?
TBH Its all about the pads - I ran 282 pattern rotors with DS3000s on my old EG race car without any problems.
I was using the Legend calipers though with 2 pistons, though the pad is the same as the Integra / Prelude ones - both are a direct swap for use with the MG Rotors, the Teg and prelude calipers are fine for fast road use and a lot easier and cheaper to find
