It's sad when loving pets are sometimes abandoned due to the economic climate!!
I hope that isn't the case with this dog!!

summer - Thats not fair for you to say that, not everyone knows what to do with a lost animal and I personally would sooner someone took her in than let her run loose in the traffic.
