The Iceland store closed down yesterday (Sat 24/01/09), so it looks like the demolition will go ahead soon.

According to the council website, the Blood Tub demolition was scheduled to start on Jan 4th but so far only the utilities have been disconnected.

I also noticed a sign opposite St James junction saying "Welcome to Ilchester Park"

Ilchester Park. so thats more of my council tax been wasted by putting up a stupid sign. Its the same as Hoylake Road getting that stupid Bidston Rise sign.
