No! The order is:

Breakfast, brunch, lunch, tea, dinner, supper raftl

Tea consists of sandwiches, a cake of some description and a cup of tea or coffee if you prefer. Dinner is in the evening.

Since I probably have to defrost it from the freezer the bigger Issue at this time of day is what is for dinner TOMORROW?

Thinks!

It will start with soup - I make good rib-sticker soups - with home made olive bread. Then I think - - a bit of smoked fish / prawns in rice ie a sort of kedgeree.

Easy peasy that lot

Snod

5 Precepts of Buddhism seem appropriate. Refrain from taking life. Refrain from taking that which is not given. Refrain from misconduct. Refrain from lying. Refrain from intoxicants which lead to loss of mindfulness

you missed out high Tea on your list of things. high tea is buttered scones and cup of tea served at 4pm. A china cup and little finger pointing up in the air as you pick the cup up out of the saucer. no big mugs or tea bags floating in the cups.
