Is any1 protesting i heard it mentioned cos a lot of ppl don't like the idea of pulling these beuatys down. yet another piece of landmark history getting destroyed of a once booming industry!

On the pictures youve took mark theyve moved down abit from the location they where in before.. Intresting Also noted that theres Banners on them know Technical Demolition ..

Yeh they have bags around the bottom and such now?

not bags matey, that is concrete rubble from a small demolished wall that runs along side them.Im working down there tomorrow, will get ALL the info i can off dock supervisor or can go direct to Technical Demolition, they are both my customers! Hopefully i will have a ringside seat as im "in the band"!!

Update :

The Cranes are coming down at 8am.
Docks and Dock Road Closed from 7am.
Anyone past those points is being counted in and out.
So if you need a spek you need to get there pre 7am.

Just got a text from my source, so take the above how you
wish will update later if i get more info.

The Head count is only for Dock Employees that are wanting
to watch from with in the Docks.

But its probable the roads to cars in the surrounding area's
will be closed off by 7am.

So a little park and ride

so will i get in if i get there b4 7am or wot??

I think what Mark means is roads may be closed off around there, so before 7am, you can get through the roads by car, after 7am, the roads are closed and the only access is by foot.

oh of course wheres the best place 2 stand then i was finkin the old railway lines by custody suite

probably not, as theres big walls all the way around there and it will probably be closed off around there too.

I think someone mentioned going by the Bridge Cafe which would probably be a good view.
