anyone had any experience with these: Ebay Item number: 350021982414FAO customice, could you fit one of these. The car I'm getting (Mazda Premacy) is listed as compatible. Ta Mate Waddi

In theory yes i could fit that little device to your head unit, i've not fitted one of those exact devices before but i'm sure we could come to some sort of arrangement.

Nope, just the build quality i should think mate. Much "knock off" stuff comes out of china, and the electronics side of things have a reputation for cheap or copied components which more often than not fail prematurely.

yea and if its goin to plug into iso conector, it may cuse problems. does the head unit control heating or n e thing else in the car?

Not neccesarily true, looks like the bulk of it connects throught the CD changer port, so shouldn't cause any major problems. However the often badly translated instuctions make for comedy reading normaly!

Well I dont have the car yet, so dont know if the stereo controls anything else, when I get it (should be tomorrow) I will probably take it to show Jonah at some time, you can have a quick nosey then customice if thats OK.
