Got some good info from someone at work yesterday, that tells you when and where you can see the ISS pass over Last night, it was at dusk (18:02), passing pretty much East to West I saw it pass over It needs to be a clear sky - its pretty much the brightest thing up there - looks like a very bright star, moves at about the same speed as a high flying aeroplane (The ISS has no flashing lights though) and from starting to see it, to it dissappearing, takes about 2-3 mins. With an optical aid of 10X magnification, you should also be able to make out a bit more detail on it - ie the solar panels, and maybe even the shuttle which is docked at the moment Link to times and place in the sky ![[Linked Image]](http://www.hobbyspace.com/AAdmin/Images/SatWatching/mir-sm-SkyShow.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v247/StuyMac/ISS.jpg)

Also remeber the viewing times - these are critical.
It is litterally only visable for a few mins...
