The Blood Tub has closed down around November 10th.

It was a sh*thole, and it just got more sh*tty.

Council contractors are currently using a cherry picker to knock glass out of the windows of the flats on the Stanley Road side to prevent glass from falling onto people. They will probably board the windows from the inside.

The building was broken into over the weekend but the building control dept. have inspected it and are going to secure it.

why shut it if they are not knocking it down yet?
Fire brigade will probaly be the next visitors

funny you should say about a fire truck the corpy had one outside ther this morning knocking the glass out of the windows!

That fire truck (carmichael) doesnt belong to the council, it belongs to a roofing/steeplejack company in Birkenhead, cant remember their name!!
I drove that on several occasions as we used to repair the Hydraulics! Got bollocked by the tunnel police once for taking it thru the Birkenhead tunnel, but only AFTER i had paid thru the tolls!!!!
Had great fun sending the depot gimp up the top (100ft) and leaving him there!! Police had to come on several occasions and tell us to stop playing with the sirens when we worked on it!!!
