Started the vitesse up this morning and found it has developed a tick at between 1500 and 3000 revs . Any idea what this could be? does it need a trip to the doctors? Is it likely to be expensive? BLOODY ROVERS

I had a tick on the Astra that was really annoying me, still seemed to drive okay. Ended up looking under the bonnet and finding a loose screw on the airbox! Just have a look around it might not be anything!

Rovers are prone to the oil galleries fouling up causing low oil flow to the hydrolic tappets, suggest an engine flush, oil & oil filter change and then re-asses if problem still persists...................
