The ka wont start at all. Some of the electrical things like the c/l and sidelights work. But others like the wipers and the dash lights dont do anything.

When i turn the key in the ignition, it wont even turn over!
Its currently sat on the driveway with the windows down. I'm stuck and dont know what to do!

I've checked all of the fuses as well (twice) and they all seem in working order

Help!

Could it be that your battery is dead?

If yes, then re - charge it or jump start it. This will need jump leads which Im sure loads of people have. After you done that rev your car abit and go for a long drive or a blast down the motorway.

Its fixed now, so not to worry. The battery was fine.

It turned out it was the main ignition fuse that was broken. I checked all of the fuses except the major ones (simply because i couldnt see them as they were hidden out of sight).
