This is how to do it - Astra GSi twin engine 4x4













Conversion 99% finished, the front engine drives the front wheels, the rear one in the boot drives the back ones, hence 4 wheel drive!
This has also been done on a Nova, which did the 1/4 mile in just under 3 seconds at Santa Pod last year!!!

Oh, and both engines are turbo-charged!

Wonder if there is one fuel tank ?

Are both the engines the same ?? Its kinda difficult to see

Both engines are the same 2.0 8v ones. Easier to run in sync with each other, I can imagine how much of a nightmare it was get the throttle cable opening the same time, and wheels spinning in sync.

Fuel tank is between seats and engine, underneath the car (of course).

Two dump valves going off at the same time = awesome.

It not actually doing a 1/4 mile, but its racing a 550bhp skyline up the pit straight of some circuit - and there aint much in it

The Nova is called the 'Boost Beast', and was made by Regal (Vauxhall tuners).
