So upset and concerned about the statement about our lovely Queen. My thoughts and prayers are that she will recover.
God Bless our Queen…

Very sad and upset, can only hope she now at peace with her beloved Phillip.
R.I.P. your Majesty and thank you for the amazing reign of seventy years.

One of the few leaders and dignitaries in the UK and the World that was truly professional and rose to her role, a very sad loss.
That is the end of the line. Charles now has an official excuse for his regular extravagant banquets etc of which his mother disapproved.
There's a real danger that the left will drag Britain back to the 1970s, with secure well-paid jobs, ample housing, properly-funded NHS and social care, free tuition, student grants, final salary pensions, affordable rail fares and fabulous films and music. The Queen will be sorely missed.
I don't look forward to having king Charles reigning over us though.

Relax, both the Queen and King Charles are constitutional irrelevancies. Neither reign over anything.

Relax, both the Queen and King Charles are constitutional irrelevancies. Neither reign over anything. A fact that the anti-Royalists overlook, although technically the Monarch has power, in practice it has been reduced to a ceremonial role and if they did not comply with the Government they would be overruled by Parliament if negotiation failed. This has got case history, Parliament abolished the monarchy in 1649 and England temporarily became a Republic (The Commonwealth of England) until a monarchy was restored in 1660.
