OP lincle Smartchild Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 606 wirral	Cant buy a car unless on line & trusting dealer to still be trader but you can use car wash as an essential ,why not just use a bucket of water & a sponge. Ive a bee in my bonnet as To me a car is essential when disabled but Ive found a solution .I go down the road & hire one !!
