There is a white van, probably a Citroen Berlingo (but may be a Peugeot Partner) going around tonight trying to break into work vans in the Birkenhead area. Man in dark clothing comes out and tries to do the break in. Pretty brave as they got disturbed but returned in less than five minutes.
