Obama has a couple of ways to remain in his presidency
1) Death of Trump
2) Call Martial Law before Trumps Becomes President In January
His latest expelling of 35 Russian diplomats from USA is only likely to start a tit for tat response from Putin.
How long did it take in the playground before someone retaliated with fisty cuffs.
Is Obama trying to orchestrate martial law or is he just trying to go out with a big bold statement against Putin who he knows will not take action that might not see his mate Trump in power

I think America is spitting its dummy out because Russia now appears to be the main peacemaker (without USA involvement) and has been outplayed by Putin.

Speaking of danger, we have the biggest buffoon yet waiting to step onto the world stage, a man like many others in this world that believes money, wealth and status allows them to dictate to the rest of us, forget democracy it can be bought and sold with fine words and promises, and sadly we are all the authors of our own misfortune that continue to be taken in by their lies and deceit when we vote.

Putin playing the Statesman ----for now Russian President Vladimir Putin has ruled out a tit-for-tat response after the US expelled 35 Russian diplomats amid a row over hacking.
He said Russia would not "stoop" to the level of "irresponsible diplomacy" but would work to restore ties with the US under President-elect Donald Trump.
Russia's foreign ministry had formally asked Mr Putin to expel 35 US envoys.
The country denies involvement in hacking related to the US election, calling US sanctions "ungrounded".
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev accused the outgoing US administration of President Barack Obama of ending in "anti-Russian death throes".
