I see they have given a reason and evidence for the GB mens relay disqualification--what a load of rubbish. Seems to me the Brazil nut ref got it wrong and they have been looking for some reason to uphold their decision. I don't know how the red line runs across the track but if its parallel to the white line that all the runners right foot is next to then I cant see how the GB guy is at fault any more than the others. if a judge is just looking at the feet how does he know who the foot belongs to could easily get it wrong. ROBBED. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/olympics/37146826

It all seemed very iffy ! Too late now, but gutted for them.
Think the closing ceremony might just be binned tonight. Far too many late nights to manage yet another. SO good night, and Mikeeb, assuming you are still down the pub, thanks for posting the topic. A few of us enjoyed it.

I am back after a weeks work in London and have just about got over the Olympics being over Thank you granny and lollipop for your company I was talking to my mate after work (having a pint ) regarding what the highlight of our Olympics was and my highlight was the GB women's hockey gold and he said Sam Quek was from Wirral. We have another home grown Olympian from our neck of the woods, happy days https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sam_Quek
