Does anyone know what's happening with Damhead Fishery in Damhead lane Willaston? The last I heard it was up for sale in 2015.
Is it still open for Fishing?

While I'm asking questions, what's happening with the Quarry on the Meols stretch? Is that opening any time soon? Every time I ask at the Tackle shop in Moreton they tell me it's opening NEXT year. They've been saying that for the last 6 years.

There's a real danger that the left will drag Britain back to the 1970s, with secure well-paid jobs, ample housing, properly-funded NHS and social care, free tuition, student grants, final salary pensions, affordable rail fares and fabulous films and music. Thanks for the replies, I'll give it a go in the next couple of weeks.

I went there with my son and a friend on Saturday and had a good time, We had the place to ourselves and caught Tench, Crucian Carp, Bream and Roach, all on small meat cubes. I tried maggot but got pestered by small Bream and Roach. Plenty of big fish moving on the top.The Bins are all full and the grass was knee high, but all in all it's a pretty little fishery. There was a guy there called Mike who took our money.
I hope he was the bailiff lol
