33 and i've got full no claims and an extra 10% for advanced driving.

Going to pay nearly £2500 on my new Skyline. It's had some mods done (bodykit, coilovers, alloys, dump valve, filter etc) plus it's also got a turbo.

The Honda Preludes only costing me £700 a year.

seams quite alot for ur age but am not sure how they work there polices

1st year - Corsa 1.0 12v was paying £1170 FC with Liverpool Vic (also added 1yr extra ncb)
2nd year - Corsa 1.0 12v was paying £660 with 2 ncb.
at the moment im still using my insurance for the corsa although i dont own it as i am driving my dad's car's *wink wink*

group 15/16/17 bmw 325i se £2559 fully comp wid privaladge insurance. cheapest by far. not bad 4 a car worth 10 quid!!!!!!!

First year was 1200 quid on the green escort.All mods declared but cost the same (liverpool vicconmen)
Second year 1000(details same) with 1 yr NCB
This year 0 NCB no points 1.6Escort Si 900 pound for 10 month accelerator with heffalump

first year £340 2.8i capri
2nd/3rd 2wd cossie £650
plus fiesta turbo £600
now motor trade £1000 for 2 people..

AX125 you do know you have been wit th esame company all along. I work for direct line and they own churchill now. also tesco and priviledge. I have head virgin money are good. but again part of our group. they say you should shop round but nowadays its not worth it as most companys are owned by other companies.

Bigcos how many cars you covered for? i know it recently changed to having to declare every car you have permision to drive and also that you own. changed just before I left a brokers who did every type of insurance. they are a bitch to setup and even worse if you ever have to claim from them.


Still fronted policies are great, getting to drive your own car for next to nothing cos your mum/dad has hundreds of years bonus under their belt. just remember if you crash ya car and its written of you have to send in the docs and if they see its no registered to your mum/dad they will kick you claim out and your left with a nice big bill for your car and whoever or what ever else you have hit.

dikky is on the right as mst of you are, im on a fronted policy but i know a few tricks ha ha ha ha.

wow that is weird as the prices i get for quotes (or at least last time i got a quote from any of them companies) was quite a bit different. Suppose it would explain why all the website technology looks the same

When goin on ya dads insurance,if u crash does he lose his no claims? I'd never front on insurance companies its not worth it. U may as well just not bother.The only thing frontin is good for is having that bit of paper and a computer record of the fact ur insured,for the police to see if they grip you. If u crash it,have it nicked or any other thing that insurance is ACTUALLY FOR then u may as well just drop your pants and let the officer bum you and take your liscense

Im under MY name on MY insurance you nonce. As i said i'd never front. Theres no point frontin anyway. Say some fronter wants to get on his own name when hes 25 on a scooby.Hes gonna pay thru the arse. Same story with me when im 25 (and fingers crossed got 5 yrs NCB) itll be sub 1000 pound hopefully.
