Does anyone know when the gates get opened for the walled garden in Liscard's Central Park? I was there today but the gates were locked and there wasn't a list of opening times on the wall, although there was a message about seeing the warden for guided tours. Do they actually still open for the general public to look around or do you have to go in a tour these days?
