One of my gardening clients has a couple of decked areas they want to get rid of. There is about 4m2 of useable decking boards left and the joists beneath. Buyer would need to dismantle which could be a pig if screwed in. Other problem is the property has a big grassed area in front so nearest you can get a vehicle is about 20metres. Did suggest to them they might get about £10 . Anyone interested PM me.
