Powell St used to be off Tollemache Road, but has vanished, does anyone have the definitive location? I tried Google Maps but no suggestions there.

Where Warrender drive is now except it was a nice arc parrallel to Lansdowne Road.

Powell St area was famous for rats infestations..and some still there. saw a dead one on warrender drive last week about the size of a cat.
