Why chat is it not news as it's our PM, if that's the case all the news on the celebrity who were kiddie feelers should be on chat then

Mainly because we don't have to be logged on to see this topic. Meaning that the comments that are likely to be made are open for all children to see. That I think, could be quite damaging to young minds.

What might be more interesting is why--was it some initiation ceremony into some dark organisation like skull and crossbones or entry rights into the Bullingdon Club Gang.

Rightly or Wrongly. You can be prosecuted and liable.
