well little update got the engine running today for a whole minute and then it died, if it didnt start chucking it own would still be on it.

Good news Al - always positive when it give you some encougagement like that  As for the rain though, I was on mine all yesterday afternoon, and I got no rain - must have been isolated to your mums ...are you sure all effects from the night before had worn off

...are you sure all effects from the night before had worn off ;\) or perhaps the rain canopy that you use to collect rainwater to re-use was keeping you dry????

Right, this topic hasn't been updated for a while. And seems as though we made abit of a major break through I thought Tank ass al (with it being his car) would of made an update. So here goes. ![[Linked Image]](http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a382/civic_andy/13052008375.jpg) Ehinge sucessfully transplanted, but for some reason she wasn't firing up right, and when we did manage to get it to turn over and hold an idle, it was a really poor one. So after abit of investigation Al decided to try and reason with the ecu ![[Linked Image]](http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a382/civic_andy/13052008376.jpg) But the problem was narrowed down to nissans amazing Idea of using the same connector over and over again on the top of the engine, thus tricking us in to thinking that the idle valve bypass plug was an injecttor plug, when it wasn't. ![[Linked Image]](http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a382/civic_andy/13052008374.jpg) SO we swapped them around with haste, and wayheyyyyyy, she's alive, but there seem's to be a problem with smoke now. Havnt got a tubby sold my T25 a while back. Some cheap ones on driftworks at the mo.
