Large semi in Penkett Rd, Wallasey, near the nursery.
Road Closed.
Three fire appliances,
Four police vehicles,
Three Paramedics and Two Ambulances in attendance.
Large ammount of smoke heading south-east along Seabank Road, so keep windows closed.
Fortunately, no casualties seen at present. Hope there won't be any.

Fire Service now damping down.
No Casualties, occupants all ok.
Road is still closed.
Gas and electricity teams waiting to gain access.

Yep, too many of these cannabis farms around with dodgy wiring and fittings putting other peoples lives at risk as well as the firemen.

Yes, it would seem to be No. 36...
Yes, the newspapers are relating to the same incident.. but the fireman I asked said there were no injuries.
Don't know about cannabis, but it certainly smelt of burning PVC & plastic - not even much smell of wood nor any vegetation.
Note that this is just 100 yards or so from the house with the exploding e-cig charger, last summer.
Just the gas and electricity people there now, with a digger. I guess they are making safe in the road.

126 plants are rated at about £50,000 worth, hardly personal use.
5 plants is often quoted as a safe guideline for personal use.
