On a right of way in birkenhead at a green light today,a chain of 30 taxis blocked the road and wouldnt let us pass!!
I did and got swearing f & b earful
Taxis are NOT the police !!
They have no right to crush u in .abuse u.or control the roads with their taxi "chain"
I dont care what its for ,funeral or protest
I had to run a red light to get past the arrogant bar stewards
Police informed

They where stupidly actively trying to pincer me in . The nerve.
I mean just stay to the left idiots!
If u want to stop traffic get the police to escort you!

agreed, too many taxi idiots thinking they own the road, I know this is a small minority. I am not referring to them as a whole

What was the reason for this chain of taxis anyway? I saw a load of them parking up in North Road Birkenhead near St Joseph's church at around noon on Tuesday, but thought it was maybe for a funeral or something

This was for a funeral of a very well known hackney cab driver, and the drivers in the cabs were paying their respects... such a shame people cant just wait a couple of minutes to let the chain of taxis past!

A "normal" funeral car lead line never takes over the road,stays on the left,goes slow & and doesnt arrogantly block green light junctions. So i dont think so.
Any aggression gets it back from me. I wasnt in a rush but red faced tatoo meat heads or old pension top up fag stinking old men swearing at you arent proffesional ....alot of taxi driver drive awful on the roads like they havent got a licence . Dont take any crap off em report their plate to council enforcers.
Anyone can drive a taxi. Anyone.

We breed a society who thinks its their "right" to do what they want.
Funny,people in my career try to taxi as a part timer. They complain the pays no good.
Im 47 30 yrs driving clean licence. Im an EFAD driver for 15 yrs .look that up. Im goin for my ARDS licence at mo . Takes 2 yrs.
If i verbally abused the public id be sacked on the spot. So thats the diff ' between just "a taxi driver" and a proffesional. Mate.

ARDS doesn't need anything like 2 years unless you purposely spread it out. One day course on the track after you do some studying for about six weeks should get you through the written and practical.

Ards instructor!! Its two years racing on 2 tracks, audited racing driver training . I wasnt talking about the one you can do in a day at oulton park or seven sisters. Or anywhere
