i hope i dont need to remind you that drinking an driving aint good, but i know most of us have 1 and drive.

this christmas the police are doing one of the biggest drinking driving campains of all time.

one of the biggest mistakes we make is the next morning, just cos we aint falling over and being sick doesnt meen we aint over the limit so think about things, weekend mornings the police are making even more random stop checks for this reason.

one more thing before you all get p#ssed of with me, i hope you havent forgot about the "SHOP YOUR MATE FOR MONEY" program the police run at christmas.

if you report a drink driver and they get caught you get a pay out of the police, so once again think about things.

basicaly the police want to catch drink drivers, so they came up with the idea that the public can phone up and tip the police of, when they now somebody drink drives.

if they are caught the person who tipped the police of are rewarded.

On a much more serious note though, I don't even think you should be allowed one pint and still be able to drive legally. It still affects the brain. It is irresponsible and dangerous. It's not just yourself you are putting in danger, but passengers in the car and also other motorists.

I certainly wouldn't like anything to happen to any of my mates caused by drink driving.

I only have a pint of shandy, I think Vicky is right. I have lost a cousin to drink driving, so I know what people go through...

iam doin a trainin course over xmas to be a a copper but i have to do a special course 1st and iam goin be doin this over xmas in my spare time,
goin to there call out's wiv them.but there are goin to really cratck down on drink drivin
so hope i dnt c any of u when iam out !!

1 pint of stella pushes most people over the limit.

I have never been stopped for random alcohol tests but i dont ever have more than 1 pint if i am driving.

I think driving tired is just as bad as driving drunk

i usually only have 1, but i had 1 pint of stella and a pint of shandy a couple of weeks ago and got stopped randomly then breathelised.
Even tho i'm quite big and obviously cudnt feel it, i was still borderline, so the lesson to learn there is that it is better to jus stick to the usual shandy!!

sum really good comments off evry1 even you adam pmsl an the answer to your qu is "i dont think so" lol i think were all in the wrong for havin a pnt then drivin but yet so many of us do it this is the time of year where more fatal crashes happen due to drink drivin an the time were the police are even hotter on the heels i think vickys hit the nail on the head guys all hav coke or shud i say pepsi adam if ya drivin cos at the end of the day u know once uv had one pint ya always want more!!
