im looking at buying rattan furniture for my garden but i can't find out how waterproof they are ..hopefully someone can help .

iv bought same one . when wet they take ages to dry will go rusty if metal underneath gets scratched also in the sun all the time the rattan stuff fades and goes green. so i bought a large cover from argos for 27 quid last week , it fits over table and chairs all in one go without moving anything.verygood.

I have just the normal plastic white chairs and I have a cover for them. It`s amazing how dirty they get just sitting there. As bigwillow says, best buy a cover if you do buy any rattan garden furniture or any other garden furniture.

There's an offer on at argos at the min if you buy online, you get a cover for the set at a discounted price, also they have a great discount on it at the mo
