But its not the tenants fault either.. I think a man with a quick van to an empty property with a few bins outside would be the best bet. That probably is the best bet ! To think, the council have probably 1000s of unwanted brown garden bins that could be used....oh no, they are the wrong colour FFS

the clowncil require you to use these bins, if you don't have one put bin bags in the street
