I have found a Season Ticket in Wallasey Village.

best bet is to send it back to anfield with a note saying you've found it and they will send it to the owner

The members cards are not really a season ticket, if anythink its more a money off card and gives you priority like freebies and get your tickets before they go for sale to the public. Theres a few other benfits also No real value really and no use to anyone else. Like has been said send it to anfield, they will have his or her name address and phone number.

it was a season ticket, as it had her seat number/row on it, But it has been returned now

Nice one  Not quite, The seat number on the card is so they dont use the card to buy discount tickets for others. The card discount is only for them seat's.
