I'm researching the Shearer sisters who were a dance/possibly singing group from the 1940s or even earlier and who put on shows around the Merseyside area. Does anyone have any pictures or clippings or has anyone information on the sisters. I can't seem to find anything.

Ponytail, maybe not much help, but I remember someone who was doing their family history and I'm sure she said their was a connection to the Shearer Sisters. So far as I can remember her ancestors came from Liverpool, so you may be able to find a bit more on a Liverpool forum, if no luck here.

Might be a needle in a haystack.
