My offer of £30 was accepted for a genuine office 2003 disc with key yesterday.
5 minutes later I get email from eBay saying they have pulled the item from the listings as it broke there policy's.
I have paid for the item, I phoned seller today as soon as I mentioned I was calling about the office disc I won that has been pulled from ebay site, he said "what do you want me to do about it" and hung up.
What are my options now.
I have no way to leave neg feedback for him.

Wait a day or so and raise an dispute - item not received.
Unless he can prove that the disk was sent to you tracked then you will automatically get your money back

Nomad He said in listing it would be sent tracked 1st class, just been on phone to pay pal they told me to wait 7 days then open a case

If you paid using PayPal then you can claim your £30 back via them as the item was obviously listed against Ebay rules and reg's.

If you paid using PayPal then you can claim your £30 back via them as the item was obviously listed against Ebay rules and reg's. The only option there in paypal is open case for item not received (but have to wait 7days) or item received but not as described

I know, but I can not get the 2003 office pro, which is what I want, I don't want 2010 or 2013 it must be 2003 pro version. I have a iso on my pc of office 2003 pro, but it wont install as there is a file missing.

Thank you, am downloading one now. On another note, the seller I bought office from on ebay, I checked this morning and he had loads of items for sale listed. Just checked now, and he has not one item up for sale.

keep calling him if its his home address day and night . 2 am is a good time until he sends you your money back.also get in touch with paypal straight away and explain what happend. sounds like a con man.
