Hi, trying to find info on this place, does anyone have any or know the address of this place?

It was near the junction of Dibbinsdale Road and Allport Road in Bromborough, but I think it's long gone now.

Map from Cheshire Maps - shows The Marfords in relation to Bromborough Station (bottom right). If You select 'Aerial 1970s' in the right hand view on the Cheshire Maps site, you can see The Marfords was still there then.

yes,it was a Barnados Home,had a friend called Cligger who used to stay there.When he turned 16 he stayed around Bromborough for quite a long time.He eventually married and went live in Rhyl.However,his stepson stabbed him to death.Tragic, after an awful young life an even worse Death.
