Does anyone know what going on at Birkenhead Park (Main) for last hour or so it has been contained at entrances by police and helicopter up with night sun on.

A mate said she was in the park earlier walking dogs. The heli spotlight picked her out and followed her home?
Prior to that, there were lots of police in Charing Cross??
