old chester road is blocked, iv just heard a neighbour say that a moving car smashed into a stationary one at the lights that then ploughed into kids using the crossing  i hope i heard wrong but whatever has happened looks serious

Just dropped my kids off at school, and there was a car in the wall of what I think is Gladstone Medical centre, on Old Chester Road.
Road was closed from Well Lane up to the Co-op. Lots of police, fire and ambulances on scene.

Just posted this in another section. Looked bad when I went past, hopefully no other pedestrians involved (I didn't see any!) otherwise could be very bad indeed.

I know who is involved and apparently all parties are ok. No fatalities thank goodness.

yes iv just heard off my lad who knows whos involved that no kids on the crossing and all involved are ok *phew*

That is some good news then! Always quite busy with kids around there at that time, when I do go that way to work - am always extra careful for exactly that reason!
