White Bull breed dog found in Monk road Liscard.. Finder is taking to police station. Who will probably inform dog warden.

are the kennels ventilated?
rather hot to be keeping dogs locked up.

yes ste they are, and they have two that are cages and when I went they had a swimming/kiddie pool on the field by there, and the dog walkers were getting the dogs to cool off in it and in the main pound they watered down every 1/2 hour to 1 hour to keep the dogs cool. and fresh water is given a min of 3 times a day
