Hi Guys,

I'm hoping you all might be able to help me!

I'm putting together a family tree box for my mum for her birthday, and I'd quite like to put in some old photos of the streets her family used to live in!

I've had a quick scan through the index of photos and found a few I needed on there, thanks! But I need some photos/maps of the following places:

Bentinck Place
Fox Street
Dayton Road
Beckwith Street

And I know they're not Wirral, but just on the off chance people have piccies....
Shadwell Street, Liverpool
Athol Street, Liverpool
Luton Street, Liverpool
Leeds Street, Liverpool

I'm sure there'll be more addresses to follow... Haha

Can't help with Dayton Road but here are the other Birkenhead ones.
1. Bentinck Place
2. Fox Street
3. Beckwith Street.

Are you sure it's Dayton Road - doesn't sound familiar....

I can't figure out the handwriting really!! It's the first letter I'm unsure of!!

Post a pic of the handwriting please.
If it is an old road, usually with road it leads to a place
eg Claughton Road went towards Claughton
Bebington Road
Hoylake Road

There is a Gayton Road, Heswall (after going through the alphabet for 1st letter of the road)

No Dayton Street in 1916 street directory

I'm trying the link but it doesn't work it just brings up a blank tab with the words TEST on it, is it working for everyone ??
