Hello
Anyone know in terms of admin fees etc, who are the cheaper and better letting agents around and also which ones are too expensive or 'not very good' type too?
Thanks a lot in advance, any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm helping a friend to move.

try five estates in irby. newish small company were doing a very good deal on house sales so might do similar for lettngs
