This was the best place for a late beer for me after stairways closed.
I dont have any good reasons to drink in birkenhead anymore since i been single.
Last time i had a beer in birkenhead was last october and it was really quiet.

Never been there.
I presume it has a bar, dancefloor and stage though.
Looking at the building can anyone tell me which section it is?
The windows directly above the black doors only (1st,2nd or top floor) and going to the rear of the building or is it one of the floors going right across all of the building?

There was an Iron Door Club in Liverpool too in the 70's, which was one of the main, well known clubs. Was it the same owners or did they just pinch the name?

Just to add more confussion. Is it the Iron Door or the Cotton Club?

This website looks fairly up to date.
