It looks like the Great Float Hotel, Seacombe is in the process of being demolished following the fire last year. There has been scaffolding on the building for a number of weeks which I thought was going to be used to repair the roof following the fire. Another Wallasey Pub disappearing. Get down there quickly and photograph it whilst it is still standing (just!)

It was up for auction as a plot of land with a guide price of £70 - £80 grand. Sad times for pubs.
