Im curious - what the link between Tallulah's bar and Tallulahs pony sanctuary? Is a person called Tallulah the owner of both?

Tallulah's bar and Sanctuary are both owned by one person. Her name is Marion. The Sanctuary and a rescue race horse where named Tallulah after the bar.
