i wounder does anyone remember hairdressers on conwy street ive not much info to give but a lady called elaine worked there ans she had a partner called jimmy who had a pizza cafe in the indoor market this goes back to the 1978 time

neddy...was it called bushy's, can get more info exactly were it was on the road, but my dad is a birkenhead man and i know he went to the same one for years on conway street.

I used to go to Jaspers. It was opposite where Wilkinsons is now. Think they then moved up to the North End, on Laird Street.

It was Jasper's, Jimmy if that's his name and ran the cafe pizza place in the market, now runs the furniture shop at the old Gaumont cinema in Park Rd. South.
