HI
hoping for some help here, does anyone know of any decent solicitors that deal with property on wirral, i need to transfer my property from leasehold to freehold as the seller is willing to do this. The past 2 solicitors i have used for buying properties were completely useless and had to chase constantly and they were in no rush at all. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

4 Hamilton Square, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH41 6AU Flynn use to work at RMNJ many moons ago, and she was the best there. Then she decided to go it on her own, and has an excellent reputation, all tho am not sure she deals with property. For the best there is on property law, I highly recomend Burd Ward Seaview Road Wallasey 0151 6398273 www.burdward.co.uk

I used Burd Ward recently and would recommend them highly. great communication and very cheap compared to some quotes I had, they pulled all stops to complete by a date I sat, they were Great team, and very approachable and friendly...........
