I'm thinking of buying my 3 year old a mini 49cc quad bike. Obviously he will be supervised and the speed will be limited. Is it legal to ride this in a park. if not, where..  thanks

As it is a motorised vehicle other than electric it would not be legal in the park, why not consider an electric one. Much safer in my opinion . Have fun be safe.
