Today I be mainly eating home made Madras Curry. I've done beef instead of lamb this time and it's absolutely smacker. Anyone interested the recipe is on the food forum somewhere. Got 4 weeks worth out of this one because I used less meat, I usually do a whole leg of lamb or shoulder. Give it a whirl if you are a curry fan.
