lol. potato peelings sprinkled with garlic, marinaded in Cajun Sauce and roasted. medium temp. to cook, then high temp to finish/crisp up the skins Asda, tescos etc etc sell them masqueraded as ' potato wedges'. Posh spud peel, at the end of the day. Very very tasty.
