Anyone know why the new building that was to be a health club then an education centre, in New Brighton, has not yet opened? Some nice sunny days at the moment and a kids' swimming pool is just sitting there, unused.

it will open in the winter when its cold pissing down and the middle of term time aswell, shut over holidays for essential maintanance aswell

It would be useful if even the car park was open instead of cars needing to park on the central reservation along the prom.

The property has gone out to tender possibly as a unit similar to Adventure land at the Palace.
Was talk of it being a health spa.

Well i reckon it should house illegal foreigners. Nice sea views and their own swimming pool. I think that would be lovely!
